The Luzon Island Chapter Officers Training and Regional Reorganization for the National Capital Region brought together local legislators to strengthen leadership capacities, enhance organizational alignment, and prepare for region-wide initiatives of the Philippine Councilors League. Held at The Bellevue Manila, Muntinlupa City on November 24–25, 2023, the activity focused on improving collaboration, updating officers on new directives, and reinforcing the commitment to effective and responsive local governance.
