The Philippine Councilors League successfully convened its 2024 3rd Quarterly Continuing Local Legislative Education Program (CLLEP) on September 9–11, 2024, in Cagayan de Oro City. Guided by its partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), the program brought together dedicated local legislators committed to strengthening their knowledge, leadership, and legislative capabilities.
With sessions focused on advancing effective governance and promoting responsive public service, the gathering served as a dynamic platform for learning, collaboration, and the continuous development of legislative excellence. The event reaffirmed the PCL’s mission of empowering councilors nationwide to better serve their communities through informed, innovative, and ethical local legislation.
